Role Description This full-time, on-site General Dentist role is based in Port Lavaca, TX. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, restorations, extractions, preventive care, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures. Responsibilities include educating patients on oral health, discussing treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and building trusting, long-term patient relationships. The dentist will collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and complying with all relevant regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in private practice, community health, or a Dental Support Organization setting is a plus; residency or additional clinical training is beneficial.
