About the Opportunity A clinical-stage biotech is looking for a Junior Clinical Project Manager to join its growing Clinical Operations team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take real ownership of trial delivery across oncology studies in a lean, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operational delivery across Phase 1/2 oncology studies — site start-up through close-out
- Own project timelines, action logs, and risk trackers across studies
- Coordinate across clinical sites, CROs, and study vendors
- Drive site activation milestones and enrollment planning
- Track protocol deviations and monitoring follow-ups
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Data Management, and Medical Affairs teams
- Contribute to clinical documents including ICFs, monitoring plans, and study management plans
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of clinical trial operations or project management experience in oncology
- Experience managing timelines, trackers, and cross-functional workstreams in a clinical trial setting
- Must have worked in a small biotech environment
- Familiarity with EDC platforms and standard clinical ops tools
- Organised, proactive, and ready to own — not just support
