Position Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily park operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures excellent guest experiences, maintains safety standards, supervises team members, and supports overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead team members during shifts
- Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Open and/or close the facility as required
- Monitor park cleanliness, organization, and maintenance needs
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance expectations
- Handle cash management and basic reporting tasks
- Respond to incidents and complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
