POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Court Monitor goes the extra mile to ensure safety, engagement, and policy enforcement throughout the courts and facility. This is a Level Two position that works closely alongside the Court Supervisor, Security & Safety Coordinator, Managers, and General Manager to help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining court safety standards, assisting with guest interactions, supporting operational needs, and reinforcing Altitude Austells Jump Life culture and expectations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Court Safety & Policy Enforcement
Effectively communicate and enforce all park rules, safety guidelines, and court policies.
Maintain active visibility throughout the facility during all operating hours.
Monitor attractions, courts, and guest behavior to ensure a safe environment.
Address unsafe behavior professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience.
Work closely with leadership to improve safety protocols and guest understanding of park rules.
Hold Junior Leads and Court Monitors accountable to operational and safety expectations.
Assist with crowd control and de-escalation of guest situations when necessary.
Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, or emergencies.
Guest Experience & Operational Support
Provide professional, friendly, and courteous guest interactions at all times.
Assist guests with questions, directions, and park policies.
Support a family-friendly atmosphere while maintaining authority and professionalism.
Work closely with managers and team members to support daily park operations.
Assist with park cleaning, organization, and overall facility upkeep as needed.
Support front-of-house operations during high-volume periods and special events.
Understand and operate POS systems when front desk coverage is needed.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
Scheduling & Availability
Must be available to work Friday through Sunday.
Must be available during peak operating hours, evenings, and closing shifts.
Flexible availability for special events, holidays, promotions, and park initiatives preferred.
Must be able to stand, rotate, walk, and move throughout the facility for shifts lasting 8 hours if needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Previous security, safety, leadership, or trampoline park experience preferred.
Strong understanding of safety awareness and conflict de-escalation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain alert, observant, and professional in a high-energy environment.
Comfortable working with children, families, and large crowds.
Ability to follow established protocols and emergency procedures.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts.
Work Supervision
Reports directly to the Courts Supervisor, Security and Safety Coordinator, General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Works alongside park leadership and operational teams.
Receives direction, assignments, and performance expectations from park management.
Additional Responsibilities
Support all departments when operationally necessary.
Assist during special events, promotions, and peak business periods.
Perform additional duties as assigned by park leadership.
