What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Team Member position at Altitude Trampoline Park?
Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our team. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will work in many capacities in the park covering areas as needed, including serving as a Greeter, Cashier, Court Monitor, and/or Cleaner. You are responsible for contributing positively to the guest experience.
This is a temporary, part-time opportunity working primarily weekends, but some weekdays. Because we promote from within as much as possible, this position helps open the door to obtaining a regular part-time or full-time role on our Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain positive guest experience
- Acknowledge and greet guests as they enter and leave the facility
- Communicate and enforce park rules
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
- Handle all incidents/injuries in a manner appropriate to your training
- Assist with concessions and kitchen as assigned
- Handle guest's questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Performs other services or duties as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Must be able to work weekends

- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
