We are currently looking for dynamic, outgoing, friendly individuals to join our team. Now hiring court monitors, cashiers and party hosts. A team member at Altitude will work directly with customers to provide a courteous, friendly, and professional park experience. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.
Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.
Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all park guests
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Available nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute towards a quality team work environment
- Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulations
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year customer service preferred
Salary:
- Court Monitor: $10 - $13 per hour
- Cashier: $10 - $13 per hour
- Party Host: $10 - $18
Hours:
- Part-time, varied schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
