1. Experience in Desktop management2. Server, Network and Mobile Device management3. Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Security/Server/Camera/Mobile Device Management Software?s4. Printer and Network Troubleshooting5. Design and troubleshooting Label Design Software6. Windows 7, Windows 10, Window Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 Experience7. Basic troubleshooting in Manufacturing Technology Software.8. Basic VBScript Coding and troubleshooting9. Basic SQL troubleshooting
Desirable Skills:
1. Communication skills2. Rigor to work for customer satisfaction and end user experience3. Team skills4. Eagerness to research and explore new equipment, hardware and software technology5.
