Altitude Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Installer/Technician to join our team serving Colorado’s Western Slope. This role is ideal for an experienced construction or technical professional who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
As the global leader and original innovator in oxygen systems for high-altitude homes, Altitude Solutions has over 20 years of industry expertise. Our headquarters are located in Glenwood Springs, and this position requires regular commuting to that location.
Key Responsibilities
- Install tubing, low-voltage wiring, and oxygen system equipment with integrated controls
- Travel to job sites throughout Colorado, with occasional overnight stays
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and homeowners
- Maintain accurate weekly work logs and expense reports
- Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, performance, and appearance
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, or a related field
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology and job-related systems
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- English proficiency required
- Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail
Position Details
- Full-time position (up to 40 hours per week, including paid drive time)
- Monday- Friday schedule, with occasional overnight travel
- Company truck and tools provided
- No certifications required; paid training provided
Compensation & Benefits
