Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across all areas of residential properties
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, surfaces, and appliances
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or bulky items while maintaining proper safety protocols
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
- Keep track of supplies and equipment usage; report any maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly

Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, demonstrating strong attention to detail and reliability (not required)
- Familiarity with janitorial or custodial procedures, including sanitation standards for homes
- Hands-on experience using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, basic cleaning supplies
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents and surface-specific cleaning techniques to ensure effective sanitation without damage
- Excellent client communication skills to understand preferences and deliver personalized service
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts
