The Role:
As the Sales Director, you will be at the helm of Altitude Aero’s sales strategy, driving growth, expanding market share, and forging strong relationships with key clients—including airlines, OEMs, and MROs. You will lead, mentor, and grow a talented sales team, while working closely with leadership to scale and position the company as a leader in USM solutions.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute Altitude Aero’s sales strategy in the aviation industry.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and growth.
• Forecast and track sales performance, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and the executive team to align on company objectives and drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of B2B sales experience with specialized knowledge of Auxiliary Power Units (APUs).
• 3 years in a sales leadership role, demonstrating proven success in driving revenue.
• A strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex negotiations.
• Established network within the aviation sector (airlines, OEMs, MROs, etc.).
• A strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience and a passion for coaching and development.
• A deep understanding of aviation market dynamics, with a passion for advancing the industry.
