Your Responsibilities
• You'll identify, qualify, and develop new partnership opportunities with national and regional health plans to support business growth.
• You'll cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across payer organizations.
• You'll lead strategic account planning, executive presentations, and partnership discussions that align organizational goals with client priorities.
• You'll manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and business development through contract negotiation and execution.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term growth of strategic partnerships.
• You'll represent the organization at industry conferences, executive meetings, and networking events while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
Skills and Qualifications
• 10 years of progressive healthcare sales, business development, or strategic partnership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling directly to health plans, managed care organizations, or payer executives.
• Demonstrated success developing and closing enterprise-level partnerships with commercial and government health plans.
• Strong understanding of health plan operations, value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid Managed Care.
• Established network within the payer market with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles.
