Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively source high quality candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, and social media.
● Rapidly build talent pipelines across roles through various sourcing tools and methods including but not limited to employee referrals, career fairs, networking events, campus engagements, and community outreach.
● Conduct outreach and initial screening to assess candidates experience, fit, and alignment with Company mission and vision.
● Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, future openings and hiring priorities.
● Drive candidate engagement; create exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing lifecycle, ensuring every interaction builds trust, equity, and long-term brand value.
● Track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure efficiency and meet goals.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting coordination experience (agency or in-house), preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
● Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
● Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
● Persuasive communicator- strong written and verbal communication skills and a people-first mindset
● Outcome-oriented- work with urgency and ownership, consistently optimizing for impact over process
