We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team in Idaho. This role is ideal for clinicians who have completed a clinical master’s program and are working toward licensure. Idaho-approved clinical supervision is provided as part of this position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches under supervision
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including licensed clinicians, physicians, and case managers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Idaho regulations and agency policies
• Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and support as appropriate and within scope of practice
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance treatment engagement
• Adhere to ethical standards, best practices, and Idaho licensing requirements for pre-licensed clinicians

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Eligible for licensure in the State of Idaho as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Actively pursuing clinical licensure hours
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
