We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team in Idaho. This role is ideal for clinicians who have completed a clinical master’s program and are working toward licensure. Idaho-approved clinical supervision is provided as part of this position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches under supervision
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including licensed clinicians, physicians, and case managers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Idaho regulations and agency policies
- Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as appropriate and within scope of practice
- Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance treatment engagement
- Adhere to ethical standards, best practices, and Idaho licensing requirements for pre-licensed clinicians
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Idaho as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Actively pursuing clinical licensure hours
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Interest or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
