What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retirement Plan Administrator - 401(k)/DC Specialist position at Altigro Pension Services, Inc.?

Altigro is growing and looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of ERISA Plan Administration including but not limited to:
- Review of employee census for eligibility determination
- Allocating contributions (Employer Match, Safe Harbor, New Comparability, Integrated, Pro-Rata and non-discrimination testing)
- Conducting ADP/ACP calculations, testing and correction/refund processes
- Perform asset reconciliation and Annual Valuation preparation
- Preparation of Government Filings, including Form 5500, 5500-SF, 5500-EZ, 8955-SSA, 5330
- Interacting directly with clients
- Calculation of Vesting schedules
- Review and processing loans, distributions and required minimum distributions (RMDs)
- Working with software including Relius, Pension Pro, Office 365 and Adobe Professional
What is expected of you to be considered for this position:
- Strong working knowledge of plan design and IRS regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities
- QKA / QPA, ASPPA/NIPA designations preferred, (employer provides financial support for designations and continuing education)

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary, benefits, and position level will be based on experience. Benefits include: 401(k) with Empoyer Safe Harbor contribution, Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, hybrid work schedule. Salary, benefits and position offered will be commensurate to your years experience and expertise.
