What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cross Clinic Specialist position at Althoff Wellness Clinic, P.C.?
This is NOT a typical front desk or therapy position.
If you’re looking for a job where you do the same thing every day, this will not be a good fit.
But if you:
- Like staying busy and having variety in your day
- Take initiative without needing to be told what to do
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Can think on your feet and adapt quickly
…this may be exactly what you’re looking for.
About Us
Althoff Wellness Clinic has been serving Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming for over 20 years, helping patients find real solutions for chronic conditions when they’ve been told “nothing else can be done.”
We take a comprehensive, results-driven approach that includes:
- Advanced therapies (SoftWave, decompression, laser, Neuromed)
- At-home care systems
- Nutrition and inflammation support
We are a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic that values results, consistency, and strong team culture.
The Role
We are hiring a Cross-Clinic Specialist—a key team member who helps keep both clinic locations running smoothly while also helping us grow.
You will work in both Windsor and Cheyenne and step into different roles depending on what the clinic needs that day.
This role has two core purposes:
Stability: Help the clinic run smoothly day-to-day
Growth: Help the clinic grow through events, marketing, and patient engagement
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic role—no two days are exactly the same.
You will:
- Step into therapy or front desk support as needed
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported
- Manage patient flow, check-in, check-out, and payments
- Support administrative tasks like MD letters and follow-through
- Identify and coordinate community events (senior centers, gyms, expos, etc.)
- Represent the clinic at events and workshops
- Help create organic social media content
- Support marketing efforts, including events and outreach
Some days are structured. Some days require you to adapt quickly and solve problems on the fly.
Schedule
- Windsor: Monday & Thursday
- Cheyenne: Tuesday & Wednesday
Schedule may shift based on:
- Team coverage needs
- Events
- Clinic demand
Some evenings or occasional weekends may be required for events.
Reliable transportation between locations is required.

- Like variety and don’t want a repetitive job
- Are outgoing and enjoy talking with people
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do

Who This Is NOT For
This role will not be a good fit if you:
- Prefer predictable, same-task-every-day work
- Get overwhelmed when things change quickly
- Avoid taking initiative
- Prefer to stay strictly within one job function
