Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The nurse will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical assistants to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient intake, including medical history, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
- Administer vaccines, medications, and injections as ordered.
- Perform point-of-care testing and assist with minor procedures.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health.
- Triage patient phone calls and messages, ensuring timely communication with providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Support clinical workflows and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Outpatient or primary care experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
