What You’ll Do
- Help our team with daily shop tasks — organizing materials, prepping parts, and keeping work areas clean
- Assist operators on lasers, press brakes, and welding stations
- Learn how to read prints, use tools, and measure parts accurately
- Move and handle sheet metal safely and efficiently
- Work side by side with experienced fabricators who will teach you every step of the way
What We’re Looking For
- No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in hands-on work and manufacturing
- Reliable and safety-minded
- Comfortable lifting materials (up to 50 lbs) and staying active throughout the day
- Great attitude and teamwork skills
