This individual will serve as a key partner in managing day-to-day priorities, streamlining communication, researching tasks, and ensuring the CEOs time is effectively focused. There may be the opportunity to help the firm with other functions if interest and capability align.The ideal candidate will be bright, highly organized, have strong judgement, and think independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEOs calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, personal appointments, and preparing necessary materials in advance.Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Track and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution.Assist with project coordination and operational initiatives to support firm-wide goals.Anticipate the CEOs needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.QualificationsBachelors degree.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, ideally within financial services, investment management, or professional services.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other productivity tools.High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and take initiative.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation Range: $95,000-$110,000 (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
