Maintenance Technician- Second Shift

Second Shift- Monday through Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Primary Responsibilities:

-Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating bearings, and cleaning equipment.

-Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues (e.g., leaky hydraulic lines, faulty electrical sensors).

-Troubleshoot and repair more complex problems in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

-Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

-Work closely with other maintenance staff and outside contractors on larger repair projects.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

-Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Minimum of 15 year's proven industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.

-Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.

-Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

-Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

-Good physical condition and strength.

-High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or a certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field is a plus.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

-Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

-Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

-Availability for on-call duty during weekends, holidays, or outside of regular working hours as needed.
