Alternatives Pregnancy Center exists to care for Denver-area women and men in pregnancy-related crisis and offer them a meaningful alternative to abortion. We provide a 24-Hour Helpline, pregnancy tests and options counseling, limited ultrasound services, STD testing and treatment, adoption education, pre-and post-natal medical care referrals, financial and legal referrals, and counseling after abortion/. All services are provided free of charge.
We are looking for a strategic and compassionate leader responsible for overseeing and developing clinic operations. You will ensure services are delivered with excellence, clinical integrity, and a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. With strong supervisory skills, you foster a positive and mission-driven culture across all service areas. Having a mature relationship with Jesus Christ, you practice servant leadership and demonstrate Christ-like love in both professional and personal interactions. Position Summary:
The Director of Client Services provides strategic leadership, oversight, and development of Alternatives Pregnancy Center’s clinics. This role ensures that services are delivered with excellence, compassion, and clinical integrity. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Client Services supervises all Client Services Managers and the Counseling After Abortion Coordinator, fostering a trauma-informed, client-centered culture across all service areas.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

- All Client Services Managers
- Responsible for coaching, evaluating, and supporting these team members in their professional development and program execution.
General Requirements:

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a nonprofit or client services setting.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of clinics.
- Ensure consistency and quality in service delivery across all locations.
- Coach and support all Client Service Directors in their roles.
- Understand the limited time frame that client services have with clients.
- Intentionally make plans to hand off clients to long-term care.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and other department heads to align clinical initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor program metrics and outcomes; implement improvements based on data and client feedback.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins with direct reports.
- Support crisis response protocols and ensure staff are trained in trauma-informed care.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of client service team members.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
