Human Resource Generalist
Job Type: Full Time
Location: East Setauket
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30 – 4:00 70 hours biweekly

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, leave management and training. The generalist will also be responsible for Benefit Administration, assisting in Recruiting, Onboarding and clerical functions within the HR Department.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources. Experience working for a non-profit organization in a school setting strongly preferred. ADP experience. Expereince with Employee Relations. Knowledge of Benefit Administration. Excellent time management, leadership, multitasking, presentation & written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 – Benefit Eligible – Generous PTO – 403b & Pension
