Looking to hire an EXPERIENCED maintenance support tech (handyman duties), to join our team of passionate, caring individuals. Starting pay rate is $17.50 (or more with experience, to be discussed at interview), with anticipated raise @ 90 days of employment based on performance, reliability and attitude. :)
The Alternative to Meds Center is a licensed holistic residential, behavioral health, and substance abuse treatment facility in Sedona, Arizona. We specialize in helping patients taper off of and find alternatives to medications. Our program is both holistic and integrative. Our residents travel to us from all over the world to participate in our immersive residential program. We are a small organization of around 50 team members delivering care for up to 17 residents at a time. We are currently seeking Maintenance Support to join our dedicated and passionate team.
Applicant MUST HAVE maintenance / handyman experience, and STRONG attention to detail.
Customer Service experience is a PLUS, as we cater to a wide variety of clients at our facility, who stay with us for 60 days at a time.
Duties include, but are not limited to: general / minor repairs throughout the facility / paint / patch / flooring repairs / plumbing or lighting fixtures repairs or replacement.... Interior and Exterior repairs.
Training and Delegation of Duties given by Maintenance Supervisor.
Daily Monthly TASK lists, and CHECK-OFF lists, are required in this role.
