What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator - Michigan position at Alternative Staffing?
Temp To Full-Time
Our client in Taylor, MI is in need of an experienced Fabricator for their shop. This is a 1st shift position (7a-3p), Monday-Friday with possible overtime, $23-$26 per hour to start, contract to hire.
- Must have excellent blueprint reading, MIG & TIG welding skills.
- Understand requirements of building fixtures for fabrication from drawings provided.
- A minimum 2 years' experience fabricating is preferred.
- Experience with operation of general shop equipment i.e. Forklift, Crane Small hand tools Torches etc.
- MIG & TIG Welding capabilities and knowledge a must.
- Must have own shield, gloves, jacket & tools, maintain work area and completion reports status of all work as required.
Salary : $23 - $26
