We are primarily seeking candidates available to fill an open swing shift schedule. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on swing shift, expect to engage in diverse caregiving tasks each day that promote inclusion and independence for the individuals you support. Your day will typically start in the late afternoon, allowing you to create an impactful connection during the hours that matter most. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, providing companionship, skill-building, and encouraging engagement in recreational and social activities (ex. games, arts/crafts, movies, concerts, shopping, etc.) to foster a fun environment.
