🧩 What You'll Do
- Provide client-centered case management services to individuals with behavioral health needs
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized service plans 📝
- Coordinate care with providers, community resources, and support networks 🤝
- Advocate for clients to ensure access to appropriate services and supports
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and agency standards
- Support clients in building skills for independent living and recovery 🌱
✅ What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
- MHRT-C certification (Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician–Community) or MHRT-C Provisional, with the ability to obtain Full MHRT-C
- Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or social services required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 💬
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of local resources in the Greater Waterville area is a plus 📍
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 🚗
