Our team is seeking a dedicated, professional and strategic Client Care Coordinator for our Alexandria OR Sauk Centre office location.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO:
- Work alongside a team of coordinators to maintain client and caregiver schedules
- Help clients and caregivers build their schedules
- Offer support to clients and their family over the phone
- Handle customer service inquiry calls
- Build meaningful relationships and connections with clients and staff
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
- Experience is a bonus! We provide training
- Efficient computer and phone skills are essential
- Professional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to handle a multitude of tasks throughout the day
- Clear a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
