We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our growing exterior remodeling company, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of customer service and communication.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Data Entry/Filing
- Scheduling and updating our office apps
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure efficient communication within the company thru phone and email interactions
- Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
Office Administrator Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Must have 2 year experience as office administrator
- Experience in a service business is a plus
- Must have knowledge of Quickbooks
Office Administrator Hours and Requirements:
- Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (w/ 1 hour for lunch)
- Background check will be performed
- Provide 3 professional references
Office Administrator Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary of $25-28.00/Hour (Negotiable upon qualifications)
- Holiday pay after 90 day probationary period
- Health and Dental Insurance available after 90 day probationary period
- 401K after 1st year with 3% Employer match
- 1 week vacation after 1st year
- Various Bonuses and Commission possible
