Alternative Information Systems (AIS) has been a premier WNY IT service firm for 35 years, specializing in the SMB and the Public Sector markets. We are currently seeking experienced IT Support individuals to join our service team.
Details:
This is a temporary, onsite position which may turn into a full time. Normal working hours 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday – Friday. Occasional special projects may require working off hours or weekends with compensation.
This is not a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Buffalo School System on various devices & inventory
· Desktop and laptop support - primarily MS Windows platform
· Basic software/hardware support and troubleshooting
· Must be able to identify issues and escalate as necessary
· Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
· Willingness to learn, organizational skills, and attention to detail are a MUST
Required Experience:
· Customer Service and Computer Usage
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
· Basic familiarity with iPads
· Knowledge of basic wired & wireless networking concepts
· Proficient with Windows Operating Systems
· MUST have valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle
