What You Will Do:

• Conduct in home sales appointments with qualified leads (we set them for you!)
• Follow our proven 5 step sales process - no guesswork, just results.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling.
• Maintain strong communication and report results promptly.
• Represent out brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales.
• Track record of $500k annual sales preferred.
• Strong closer with great listening and relationship building skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends - where the best opportunities are!
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and coachable.
