Seeking a full-time individual with accounting ability along with clerical and phone skills. Must have the ability to multi-task with various Window Computer Programs, ie. Quicken, Work, Excel... Knowledgeable with Account Payables, filing, organizational skills and phone etiquette are key. Seeking that individual with experience with the above programs and general computer skills for a small personalized office setting. Organizational skills are needed to maintain the files and recording of all account payables. Position is within an independent office seeking, a full-time position with flexibility, if lesser hours are desired that can be accommodated for the right individual. Salary is commensurate with experience. The position hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

  • Manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to record transactions and maintain financial accuracy
  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately
  • Support office management functions, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette and personalized assistance
  • Maintain organized records through filing systems and digital document management tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • Prior clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous
  • Knowledge of office management practices, phone etiquette, proofreading, and calendar management
