What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims/QA Manager position at Alternative Claims Services?
Nationwide IA firm looking to fill a multiple hat position. Main duties will be Claims Manager & QA Reviewer/Examiner. There may be a need for some field work locally. Must have at least 10 years of adjusting experience and able to review/estimate files in both Xactimate and Corelogic. Along with XactAnalysis. Must be able to review contractor estimates and handled supplements. Position will then also involve oversight of W-2 and 1099 adjusters and must be able to give direction on claims with an understanding of damage, policies, and carrier guidelines.
