Are you creative, energetic, and always looking for the next great photo or video opportunity?
Alternative Air is looking for a fun, outgoing, and creative person to take our marketing to the next level! We need someone who loves social media, enjoys creating content, and isn't afraid to get out from behind a desk and into the action.
From filming TikToks and creating Facebook posts to visiting job sites and showing off our team's work, you'll help tell the story of Alternative Air and connect with our community in new and exciting ways.

What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media Management: Create, plan, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Content Creation: Film videos, take photos, create reels, make graphics, and develop fun, creative posts that showcase our team and services.
- Job Site Visits: Get out in the field to photograph and film projects, installations, service calls, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Show Off Our Team: Capture employee spotlights, company events, team milestones, birthdays, and the personalities that make Alternative Air unique.
- Marketing Campaigns: Help develop seasonal promotions, service reminders, giveaways, community involvement, and other creative marketing ideas.
- Google Presence: Help manage our Google Business Profile, post updates, share project photos, and support our online visibility and reviews.
- Stay on Trend: Keep up with social media trends, trending audio, memes, and creative ways to make HVAC and plumbing content interesting.
- AI & Marketing Innovation: Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, create and improve content, streamline marketing tasks, assist with graphic design and video editing, develop campaigns, and find new ways to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Grow Our Brand: Help increase engagement, reach new customers, and make Alternative Air stand out in our community.
- Bring Ideas to the Table: We want someone who takes initiative, thinks outside the box, and isn't afraid to try something new!
What We're Looking For
- A fun, energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- A passion for social media, marketing, photography, and video creation.
- Comfort using TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Someone who is creative, organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- A good eye for photos, videos, and content that grabs people's attention.
- Someone comfortable visiting job sites and interacting with our technicians and customers professionally.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and keep up with changing trends.
- A valid driver's license.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience managing business social media accounts.
- Know your way around Canva, CapCut, or other photo and video editing tools.
- Have experience with Google Business Profile or digital marketing.
- Aren't afraid to get on camera or encourage others to join in.
- Have experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve creativity, productivity, and marketing workflows.
- Have a portfolio, personal account, or examples of content you've created.
