Essential Functions
Duties
- Transports materials, tools, supplies, and heavy equipment to job sites in the assigned area.
- Loads and unloads trucks and secures materials and tools for transport.
- Supports and assists in job clean-offs and organizing and storing excess inventory.
- Assists in warehouse and storage areas clean-up and maintenance.
- Maintains tool inventory records for the assigned division.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class A CDL Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record required.
- Current forklift certification required.
- Prior experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to abide by all company safety regulations and rules of conduct.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of warehouse equipment.
- Extended periods of driving.
- Outdoor environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
- Must be able to lift and handle tools, material, and equipment up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
