The BIM Technician Assistant provides administrative support and services to the Pre-Construction and Project Support team.

The BIM Technician Assistant provides administrative support and services to the Pre-Construction and Project Support team.
Essential Functions
- Modeling (90%):
- Provides BIM / CAD design and modeling support.
- Assists BIM project team with content creation.
- Assists with software deployment, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Performs tasks such as file archiving and uploading, laser engraving, generating QR-codes, scanning and printing labels and large format drawings.
- Organize, track, and maintain department files, drawings, materials, documents, and correspondence.
- Maintain all internal and external project files on the network and Procore.
- Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned (10%).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No related experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Autodesk/Revit preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, or other related software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
- Able to work in a team and independently when required.
- Able to quickly learn and utilize company-specific techniques, standards, and procedures.
- Able to follow department standards, methods, and best practices.
- Office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
