We are seeking experienced, dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to serve our Canal Winchester location.
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility. Ensures that the services offered meet or exceed federal, state, local, and company standards. Operates profitably within corporate budgetary guidelines.
The successful Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will develop employee, community, and industry communication and relationships while providing direction and oversight for the overall operations, including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.

Our rehabilitation staff is comprised of experienced, interdisciplinary professionals focused on helping you regain strength, independence, and well-being. Our therapy clinicians provide goal-focused physical, occupational, and speech therapy to address a wide range of needs, including orthopedic, cardiovascular, and CVA stroke. Private therapy rooms are provided for patients transitioning home. Amenities include phone, cable, in-room refrigerators, menu dining, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

- Be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field is required
- 1-2 years minimum experience in skilled nursing facility management
