Position Summary:
This Certified Medication Aide will be CNA Certified and will work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and will administer prescription medication as well as perform other duties.
This individual will maintain full knowledge of duties, responsibilities and accountability and shall act in accordance with the laws pertaining to administration of medication by a certified medication aide. They will also demonstrate competency.
The Certified Medication Aide will document in the medical record and maintain confidentially.
