Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor – Part-Time
Location: Flexible/Field-Based
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to join our growing home care team on a part-time basis (5–25 hours per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients receiving care in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments. $100.00
- Perform Resumption of Care (ROC) visits when needed.
- Conduct Recertification assessments. $ 60.00
- Develop and update individualized plans of care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, clients, and office staff to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Home health or home care experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
