We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong garment sewing skills and a commitment to craftsmanship and precision. This is a full-time in-store position in a collaborative environment, suited to individuals with experience with sewing, garment alterations, and customer service.
Duties
- Proficiency in using sewing machines to alter, repair, or construct garments according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines
- Follow safety guidelines and always company policies
- Ability to read and interpret patterns, sketches, or technical instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines
- Follow detailed patterns, sketches, or technical specifications provided by clients, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Perform alterations, repairs, and finishing touches on various clothing items
