What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitter/Front Counter Associate position at ALTERATIONS EXPRESS?
Front Counter Associate:
We're currently seeking to expand our team of friendly, capable customer service associates! The primary focus of this role is to greet customers, manage the flow of fittings with seamstresses, take payments, and process orders with our state-of-the-art POS system.

As part of this role, our Front Counter Associates are given the opportunity to learn how to fit clothing and conduct professional fittings for our customers. Applicants for this position should have a desire to learn more about fittings, alterations, and tailoring. Candidates should be comfortable in a customer service role and have a desire for continued education through on-the-job training.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 7pm
Friday: 8 am - 6pm
Saturday: 9 am - 5pm
Sunday: CLOSED
Immediate position (Part-Time) is available at our Boardman location!
