Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive web technology strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse and global IT team, including developers, designers, and architects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our web platforms remain cutting-edge.
- Oversee the full implementation of corporate web pages and portals, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical needs.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Ensure transparent communication of project progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with business and design agency teams to ensure integration with backend systems and content management platforms.
- Monitor KPIs for platform performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in web technologies, including front-end and back-end development, web architecture, and cloud services.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of web applications.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, and deployment practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams, front-end developers, back-end developers, SI Partners, and IT teams.
- Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of web initiatives.
- Work with IT/SI to deliver on key areas such as security, performance optimization, infrastructure management, and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management practices.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in application development, with at least 6 years focused on architecting and delivering enterprise-scale web technology solutions.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Acquia Drupal, Docebo, Khoros, SaaS platform integrations, and modern headless/hybrid CMS architectures
- Deep knowledge of enterprise search frameworks, taxonomy and metadata design, and structured/unstructured content delivery strategies.
- Extensive experience with DITA-based publishing workflows, ideally using Ixiasoft and Fluid Topics, and integrating structured content into enterprise platforms.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices to deliver engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Strong technical skills in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- In-depth understanding of security best practices, including authentication/authorization models, secure content entitlement, and global data privacy compliance.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize site performance, and ensure high availability at scale.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, influence stakeholders, and present architectural strategies with clarity.
- Successful track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional, multi-vendor, and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and M&A/post-merger integration is a plus.
