The role requires 4x a week onsite in San Jose, CA.

The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance during hiring and promotion processes.
- Maintain and update compensation databases and tools for accuracy and usability.
- Analyze job roles, salary data, and compensation structures to support pay decisions and strategy.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate compensation trends and competitiveness.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases and bonus allocations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compensation metrics and insights.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform strategy.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
- Knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and other relevant labor laws.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
