At Alter, we’re creating a luxury wellness experience designed to help people step away from the demands of everyday life and experience an hour of complete relaxation.
We are looking for a warm, organized, hospitality-minded Guest Experience Coordinator to become the face of our spa. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and takes pride in making every guest feel welcomed and cared for.
Schedule
Our Part time Guest Experience Coordinator will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 4:30pm-7pm, Wednesday 9:30am-7pm, Friday 8:45am-8pm, and every other Saturday 8:45am-9pm.
$15/hour

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and create a luxury, hospitality-focused experience
Check guests in and out
Answer phones, texts, emails, and booking inquiries
Assist guests with memberships and retail purchases
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and reception area
Open and prepare the spa each morning
Support technicians throughout the day
Manage appointment scheduling and guest communication
Assist with inventory, supplies, and daily operations
Help ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and valued
