This is a high-performing position driving new business growth across behavioral healthcare organizations. This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while positioning Care Predictor’s AI-driven platform as a critical solution for improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
Additionally, we are expanding our sales efforts into the long-term care market. As part of this initiative, we will be testing a direct, in-person sales approach focused on Directors of Nursing and other key decision-makers within these facilities. Supporting and refining this go-to-market strategy will be an important part of the role's initial responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership

Own the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close

Conduct consultative discovery to identify clinical, operational, and financial pain points

Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer workflows and ROI

Pipeline Generation & Management

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through:

- Outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Referral partner development
- Industry networking and events
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Strategic Selling
- Sell into behavioral health operators, healthcare systems, and executive stakeholders
- Navigate multi-threaded deals with decision-makers (Clinical, Operations, Finance, Executive)
- Develop business cases demonstrating ROI, efficiency gains, and improved patient outcomes
- Revenue & Performance
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
- Track and report on:
- Pipeline coverage (3–5x quota)
- Conversion rates
- Sales cycle length
- Average deal size
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation
- Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities
- Provide feedback to Product team based on market insight.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (closing role required)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
- Experience managing full sales cycle deals
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills
- Experience selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or adjacent markets preferred
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Valid California Driver’s License required.
- Must pass a LiveScan criminal background check as required by licensing authorities.
- CPR & First Aid Certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, predictive analytics, or healthcare technology solutions
- Familiarity with:
- Behavioral health operations
- Revenue cycle / census growth challenges
- Clinical workflow optimization
- Existing network within behavioral health or healthcare provider space
Regulatory & Compliance Expectations:
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DHCS, DSS, and Joint Commission standards.
- Follow company policies on safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Participate in audits, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90-120k Base Commission
