Alter House Restaurant – Clarks Summit, PA / Alter Bar – Scranton, PA
We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our growing hospitality family.

- A seasoned bartender with strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

- Able to collaborate seamlessly with servers, bartenders, and BOH

Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages for full service
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service bar
- Execute recipes with precision and consistency
- Work closely with FOH & BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Support the bar team with prep, efficiency tasks, open and closing duties
- Bring good energy to an already vibrant crew
Experience
- 4 years bartending experience (service bar experience preferred)
- Strong cocktail knowledge and attention to detail
- Availability Tuesday–Sunday
- Ability to work clean, fast, and focused
- A positive attitude — especially when surrounded by our beloved, long-tenured characters
