Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports
- Create New Hire Schedules
- Work reports for Non-resource classes
- Update Master Schedule flows as needed
- Monitor Zero enrollment classes
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Perform ad hoc training requests
- Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Respond to inquiries and provide feedback
- Interact daily with employees, leaders and stakeholders while providing excellent customer service
- Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the Client Production Systems
- Work with different stakeholders and partners to coordinate training needs

- 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
