Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience in Handset testing commercial OEM or Qualcomm devices in Field/Lab Environment across 5G/4G/3G operators.
- Experience in drive testing in field on-site and ability to debug, troubleshoot, analyzing basic device/OTA issues (Camping, provisioning) between device and network.
- Experience in testing, debugging and familiarity with Android OS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has Valid Driver's License

Job Description:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes test plans and provides feedback to customer on outcomes or issues.
- Assists with set-up of specialized test equipment, as well as loading and running programs or builds.
- Performs routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures.
- Performs basic repairs on test equipment as needed.
- Executes test methodologies for various technology, following established procedures, and documents results.
- Debugs and troubleshoots routine testing issues or failures and escalates other issues appropriately.
- Conducts basic analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred.
- Collaborates with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work.
- Communicates with team lead to provide status and information about impending obstacles.
- Executes individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with supervision.
- Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Works under close supervision.
- Responsible for own work. Decision-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent. Errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
