Position : Senior Systems Administration Lead
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite (Friday being an onsite day)? 300 Mass Ave, Boston, MA 1st floor, 02115
Duration: 3 months - This is a temporary 3-6 month coverage position. Long-term strategic planning, major system implementations, new campus onboarding initiatives, and formal performance reviews/hiring decisions will be deferred until the permanent Director returns from leave.

- Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years Salesforce administration experience, preferably in higher education
- Proven experience coaching or managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce configuration: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports
- Ability to serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong business analysis skills to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills
- Experience with sandbox and production environments
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently in a temporary capacity
