Job Title: Vehicle Test Operator

General Details:

• Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
• Initial contract length is expected to be 2–4 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
• This would not convert to bench at the conclusion of the assignment if the engagement ends after 2-4 months.
• Position may require travel on short notice, typically within 1–2 weeks.
• All travel-related expenses will be covered by Lucid.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Vehicle Test Operator, Test Driver, or similar vehicle testing role is preferred
• Candidate must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Clean driving record required

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive prototype vehicles on public roads and private test tracks
• Test and support evaluation of ADAS features
• Follow detailed test procedures and safety protocols
• Accurately document findings, vehicle behavior, and issues observed during testing
• Provide clear feedback to engineering and test teams
• Support vehicle validation and data collection activities as needed
