Recruiting Coordinator – Service

Location: Birmingham, AL (Onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator who will thrive in a positive culture and collaborative team environment. This position plays a key role in supporting Service recruiting initiatives by coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining recruiting data, and ensuring an efficient and professional hiring experience.

Job Functions And Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates recruiting requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Updates candidate records in recruiting systems and coordinates new hire processing.
• Maintains data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Tracks candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensures completion of all pre-hire requirements.
• Plans and independently executes special projects as assigned by management.
• Schedules a high volume of interviews and recruiting activities to support the recruiting team and the business.
• Responds promptly to candidates and internal stakeholders regarding recruiting process inquiries.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
• Conducts employment-related research and assists the recruiting team with sourcing qualified candidates as assigned by management.
• Provides coordination and support for recruiting projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
• Assists with the coordination of recruiting events and other hiring initiatives as needed.
• Assists in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  
  

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or two years of applicable experience (HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience).
  
  

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Strong MS Office experience, especially in Excel.
• Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing, and changing priorities.
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers.
• Prioritizes timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product, and attention to detail.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
