Job Description
Supports overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a variety of IT functional areas for a business unit
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and implements technology solutions to meet business unit needs in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborates with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manages relationships with local technology vendors to support service delivery and procurement.
- Maintains detailed documentation of IT methodologies, processes, and system specifications; assists with planning and scheduling of IT initiatives.
- Installs and monitors network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks to ensure performance and reliability.
- Implements basic security measures to protect systems, networks, and data; ensures backup strategies and recovery plans are current.
- Supports and contributes to the development and enforcement of enterprise technology policies and procedures.
High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree (Technical Degree Preferred)
- 2 Years Relevant Experience
